为进一步提高领事窗口服务质量，自2023年6月19日起，我馆领事窗口调整办公时间及方式如下：
一、受理业务时间为周一、周三、周五上午08:30—11:30。
二、申办签证需事先在线填写签证申请表（网址：http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn）,在线预约办理签证时间（网址：https://avas.cs.mfa.gov.cn），并在预约时间内到总领馆办理。逾期者需重新在线预约时间。
三、我馆未授权任何单位或个人代办签证，在我馆外承揽签证申办有偿服务人员均与我馆无关。
四、签证申请人须持真实赴华邀请函。使用虚假邀请函者将被拒绝签证并承担相应法律责任和经济后果。
五、公证业务请于受理业务时间内直接来总领馆办理，无需预约。

Notice
Effective from June 19th, 2023, the Consular Office of the Chinese Consulate General in Zanzibar will follow the new working hours except public holidays:
1. Application time: 08:30-11:30am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
2. Visa applicants should complete and submit China Online Visa Application form through http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn and schedule appointment online for visa application through https://avas.cs.mfa.gov.cn, and prepare necessary supporting documents.
3. The Chinese Consulate General has not authorized any company or individual acting as an agent for the visa application service. Any person who undertakes paid visa application service outside the Chinese Consulate General has nothing to do with the Consulate.
4. The visa application will be refused if an applicant uses a fake invitation letter and the applicant will take relevant legal consequences and economic losses responsibility.
5. For notarization, applicants can come to the office during application time without appointment.
